As I reflect on the 2025–26 school year, I am filled with gratitude for the people who make Cannon such an extraordinary place. This report celebrates the collective impact of our families, alumni, faculty, staff, volunteers, and friends whose generosity, partnership, and belief in our mission create exceptional opportunities for every student.

Throughout the year, your support strengthened every aspect of the Cannon experience, from signature learning experiences and the arts to athletics, service, financial aid, and campus enhancements. Every gift, every hour volunteered, and every act of engagement helps ensure our students are known, challenged, and inspired to discover their strengths and pursue lives of purpose.

Alumni Spotlight: Helen Craft ’23
Alumni Spotlight: Helen Craft ’23

For Helen Craft ‘23, a curiosity for building and problem-solving started early in her learning journey and it hasn’t slowed down since.

Now a junior at Tulane University, Helen is majoring in biomedical engineering with a minor in electrical engineering. She’s especially interested in designing surgical implants related to the heart and electrophysiology, with a focus on making those innovations as accessible as possible.

Cannon School Announces the Establishment of the Helfrich Family Endowment and the Helfrich Catalyst Fellowship 

Cannon School is proud to announce the Helfrich Family Endowment, established through the generosity of Brian and Tyler Helfrich, parents of Bay ’32 and Silas ’34. The endowment advances teaching and learning and launches the Helfrich Catalyst Fellowship, supporting faculty innovation and professional growth.
