Meet a Cannon Lifer: Rob, Class of 2020
The experience our Lifers have at Cannon is truly special - they spend fourteen years (from JrK - grade 12) in our hallowed hallways! We’re spotlighting several, and today it’s Rob's turn.
Do you have a memory from JrK that you hold dear? My favorite memory from Junior K was receiving ‘Good Bunny Awards’ from Mrs. Perkins, or trapping Connor inside a house we made with the big building blocks she had in her classroom.
Is there a Cannon School event or tradition you look back on fondly? My favorite Cannon School tradition was Arts Jam. There was no feeling quite like being let out of school on a warm afternoon to go do fun crafts and play games with my friends.
Describe your lifer experience in 3 words: Enriching. Amusing. Unforgettable.
What was the most important lesson you learned at Cannon? Hard work and grit can get you places you’d never think possible otherwise.
What are your plans post-graduation? After graduation, I will be attending NC State University majoring in General Engineering, pursuing an M.B.A. in Engineering. Furthermore, I hope to study abroad at some point during my college career! Return to Homepage.
