As A Flourishing Future continues its journey forward, December has ushered in another month of steady, visible progress on the new facilities. With major systems coming together and the building’s form becoming more defined, the project is quickly transitioning from framework to fully realized spaces. 

 

  • The main trunk lines of HVAC ductwork on both the first and second floors are now complete, establishing the core pathways that will keep the building comfortable and efficient. 

  • The rooftop HVAC unit has been set in place, marking a significant milestone for the mechanical systems. 

  • Sprinkler lines on both floors have been installed and are now awaiting their main connection, bringing the building another step closer to full safety integration. 

  • And perhaps the most noticeable update: the walls have taken shape!  

 

With systems in place and walls rising, the structure is beginning to reflect the vibrant learning environment it will soon become. Stay tuned for next month’s update and more exciting developments!
