Follow the steps below to complete the required Back-to-School Forms for the upcoming school year, 2025-2026.
New families will receive an email from Cannon School with information about how to set up your My Family Portal account. This is required to follow Step 2 below, submitting health-related information to Magnus.
If you need assistance with your My Family Portal login or the technical instructions below, please email support@cannonschool.org.
- Step 1: Submit the Bus Transportation Agreement (if applicable).

While the deadline for classroom delivery has passed (June 15), families can still order grade-specific kits to be shipped directly to their home. LOWER SCHOOL DRESS CODE
Students in Lower School (grades junior kindergarten-fourth) wear coordinated dress. Visit the School Store webpage to order school uniforms through Lands' End or Tommy Hilfiger.
