Required Back-to-School Forms 2025-2026

Follow the steps below to complete the required Back-to-School Forms for the upcoming school year, 2025-2026. 

New families will receive an email from Cannon School with information about how to set up your My Family Portal account. This is required to follow Step 2 below, submitting health-related information to Magnus.

Lower School Supplies


School supply kits for the 2025–26 school year can be ordered from SchoolToolBox.com for home delivery. While the deadline for classroom delivery has passed (June 15), families can still order grade-specific kits to be shipped directly to their home. Visit the website, select your child’s grade, and complete your order at your convenience.

LOWER SCHOOL DRESS CODE

Lower School Dress Code 

Students in Lower School (grades junior kindergarten-fourth) wear coordinated dress. Visit the School Store webpage to order school uniforms through Lands' End or Tommy Hilfiger.
