Required Back-to-School Forms 2024-2025

Follow the steps below to complete the required Back-to-School Forms for the upcoming school year, 2024-2025. 

New families will receive an email from Cannon School with information about how to set up your My Family Portal account. This is required to follow Step 3 below, submitting health-related information to Magnus.

Peek Into Next Year

Please take a moment to explore a little about the grade your child will enter next year.  Each of the links below includes a slideshow with resources and summer reading options.  You can also find suggestions for what can be done over the summer to help prepare your child for next year.
