  • Upper School English Teacher

    The Upper School English Department at Cannon School is looking for and English Teacher beginning in August 2021.  Ideal candidates will have experience teaching a variety of writing and literature courses at various high school grade levels. Ideal candidates will have a wide exposure to literature both inside and outside of the traditional literary canon and will be adept at conferencing with students as part of the writing process. Having the willingness to create and teach a range of other high school English courses is important as well.
    The Upper School teacher at Cannon School, provides a safe, nurturing environment for students utilizing the school’s instructional program. The teacher works to create meaningful, engaging developmentally appropriate learning experiences in order to build strong foundational skills for lifelong learning.The 
  • Middle School Boys Lacrosse - Assistant Coach

    Cannon School is searching for an assistant coach for the Middle School boys lacrosse team.  Boys lacrosse begins in early February and concludes at the end of May, practice is scheduled most days from 2:30p - 4:30p.  The successful candidate is expected to have coaching or playing experience at the high school level or beyond.  As part of the school’s excellent facilities and staff support, Cannon has a synthetic turf field, full-time Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a state-of-the-art 4,100 square foot Strength and Conditioning Facility.  Applications should include a resume detailing educational, professional, coaching, and athletic experience.  Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.  This is a seasonal stipend position.   
  • Middle School Girls Lacrosse - Head Coach

  • Program Director - Cannon Soccer Program

    Cannon School is searching for a Program Director for the Cannon Soccer Program to begin immediately. The Soccer Program Director is responsible for directing the varsity, JV and middle school’ soccer programs and will work to create a dynamic and sustainable feeder system within each division at Cannon School.  An Athletic Coach at Cannon School is responsible for motivating and teaching Cannon School athletes in a mission-aligned program to compete at the highest level and represent Cannon School by living out Cannon’s core values.  The coach will work within the athletics department not only for the betterment of the soccer program, but to promote athlete participation in all sports.  This position will report to the Director of Athletics.
  • Program Director - Cannon Tennis

    Cannon School is searching for a Tennis Program Director beginning with the Spring 2021 season.   • Transportation - Spare Bus Driver

    We are currently seeking candidates for our Transportation Department. The ideal candidate will have a: valid CDL license with a P&S endorsement, prior driving experience, will be flexible, a team player and enjoy working with children. This candidate will also possess the qualities inherent in our core values of courage, teamwork, respect, integrity, passion and kindness.
