Upper School Makerspace Facilitator
Cannon School has an immediate opening for an Upper School Makerspace Facilitator. The Makerspace is a place where students gather to create, invent, tinker, explore and discover using a variety of technology tools and materials. The facilitator is responsible for developing and delivering opportunities for making for students, delivers teacher and student training in the Makerspace, as well as supervises and maintains the Makerspace. The Makerspace Facilitator understands the principles of engineering, design and design thinking and demonstrates a passion and knowledge about the use of technologies to support creative, engaged learning. The ideal candidate will have experience with coding, using media, design and digital fabrication tools and software. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. 

Bus Driver
We are currently seeking candidates for our Transportation Department. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL license with a P&S endorsement, prior driving experience, will be flexible, a team player and enjoy working with children. This candidate will also possess the qualities inherent in our core values of courage, teamwork, respect, integrity, passion and kindness.
 
Assistant Coach Varsity Girls Softball
Cannon School is searching for an assistant coach for its girls varsity softball program.  Girls softball is a spring season beginning on Monday February 20 and ending in Mid May.  Cannon School won the state championship in softball as recently as 2011.  The successful candidate is expected to have coaching or playing experience at the high school level or beyond.  As part of the school’s excellent facilities and staff support, Cannon has a full-time Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and a state-of-the-art 4,100 square foot Strength and Conditioning Facility.  Applications should include a resume detailing educational, professional, coaching, and athletic experience.  Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.  A bachelor’s degree is required for the position.  This is a seasonal stipend position.  Inquiries can be made to the Director of Athletics, Patrick Moyer at pmoyer@cannonschool.org
