Director of Information Technology
 
The Director of Information Technology is responsible for providing leadership, planning, and management for the development, acquisition, implementation, and support of the technology infrastructure and information services at Cannon School. The Director is a hands on position that supervises a small IT support team while providing service and support to all members of the school community. This position reports to the Director of Institutional Technology. Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills, experience managing a team of support technicians, broad knowledge of IT operations and associated concepts and technologies, flexibility in all areas of work life, and a BS or BA in a related field. Summer Camp Assistant Director

The Summer Camp Assistant Director will be responsible for supporting the Camp Director in the management of the Cannon Summer Camp program. This includes working directly with the Camp Director to plan, market and manage the camp sessions. The position is a part-time position throughout the school year with few hours required Agust through May. The posiition will require more hours during the summer months while camp is in session, full-time hours begin in early June and remain through early August.

Assistant Coach - Varsity Girls Basketball

Cannon School is searching for an assistant coach for the girls basketball program. The position is seasonal and it begins on Monday October, 31 and runs through mid-Febraury. The successful candidate is expected to have basketball coaching experience and demonstrated success at leading high school athletes to participate with intensity, character, courage and excellent sportsmanship. Cannon School competes in teh CISAA conference, which is part of the NCISAA organization. Bus Driver

We are currently seeking candidates for our Transportation Department. The ideal candidate will have a: valid CDL license with a P&S endorsement, prior driving experience, will be flexible, a team player and enjoy working with children. This candidate will also possess the qualities inherent in our core values of courage, teamwork, respect, integrity, passion and kindness.


Substitute Teacher 

A substitue teacher at Cannon School is responible for filling the teaching needs of a faculty member while they are out of the classroom. In this position candidates will be resonsible for working with the students and the faculty at Cannon to ensure cirriculum that the faculty member left is taught and ensure the safety and well being of the students. All substitues are asked to adapt to various classroom seetings and fulfill vacant roles on an as needed basis for grades JrK-12.  Prior teaching experience is required and a Bachelors Degree in Education or related field is preferred.
