Beyond the Bell Extended Day/After School Program Associate:
We are currently seeking candidates for our Beyond the Bell Extended Day/After School Program Associate position. Our ideal candidate has the ability to interact with students, parents, and staff; communicate effectively; lead and participate in instructional and recreational activities.
Qualifications include 2-year advanced degree or equivalent experience. This is a part-time position, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 11:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician is a member of a small, collaborative, flexible IT Team that supports all technology in a K-12 school setting. The Technical Support position helps to support and maintain all administrative and instructional computers, software, and networks. This work includes troubleshooting and taking appropriate corrective action for all technology-related equipment. Employee provides on-site assistance for users in classrooms, media centers, computer labs, and administrative offices. Employee installs and upgrades all technology-related equipment in network and stand-alone environments. Typically, this employee will provide first-response support for the maintenance and operation of all computers, software, and networks. More complex problems are handled in consultation with the Systems Administrator position.
Requirements: Graduation from a two-year college or technical school with a degree in a related field and eighteen months experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree and further experience a plus. Experience in supporting networks. Experience in computer, peripherals, and software troubleshooting and problem solving. A+ certification, NetWork+ certification, Cisco certification, and/or other network certifications preferred.
Private Lesson Instructor - Strings
We are currently seeking candidates for the 2014-2015 school year. The Private Lesson Instructor will teach private strings lessons to students after school. Violin skills are a must but we would prefer someone who can play viola, cello, and bass as well. Student ages range from Junior Kindergarten through 4th grade with a variety of skill levels. Must be available two to three days a week during the school year between 1:30 and 5 p.m.
